A new TV advertisement was recently revealed for skating-themed original TV anime Skate-Leading Stars. The video previews the series’ opening theme song Chase the Core by Takao Sakuma. The ad also reveals the series’ January 10 premiere date, after its original July 2020 premiere was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

A new promotional video was revealed last Friday for the upcoming animated film adaptation of popular mobile game DEEMO. Check it out here. The film was first announced during Rayark Games’ panel at the Anime NYC last 2019.

Last Friday, Funimation revealed the English dub cast of the ongoing second season of Irregular at Magic High School.  They are: ·        Alejandro Saab as Tatsuya Shiba ·        Anairis Quinones as Miyuki Shiba ·        Suzie Yeung as Angelina Kudou Shields ·        Erica Mendez as Erika Chiba ·        Mick Lauer as Leonhard Saijo ·        Xanthe Huynh as Mizuki Shibata ·        Landon McDonald as Mikihiko Yoshida ·        Kimberly Woods as Honoka Mitsui ·        Ryan Bartley as Shizuku Kitayama ·        Maureen Price as Mayumi Saegusa ·        Amber Lee Connors as Mari Watanabe ·        Kaiji Tang as Katsuto Jumonji The English dub is directed by Erica Mendez, with Rachel Robinson writing the ADR script.

The November 2 to 8 Japanese Video Game Rankings are a bit different as a Pikmin 3 Deluxe is currently at #1 with weekly copies sold at 67,925 with overall at 239,274 so far. Ring Fit Adventure remains at the #2 spot, while Animal Crossing: New Horizons drops to #3.

Similar to the other big conventions held in the United States, Anime NYC has cancelled their physical convention this year. However, the organizers have announced they will be bringing the convention online this year through a mobile app called NTWRK.

Crunchyroll recently announced this week the English Dub cast for the following anime: Jujutsu Kaisen, I'm Standing on a Million Lives, TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You, and Noblesse anime. The popular anime streaming platform also announced that they will also be streaming dubs of the mentioned series in the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French, and German The English Dub for Jujutsu Kaisen will premiere on November 20.

Popular animation studio Studio Ghibli revealed yesterday the main cast and staff for their 1st 3DCG film Earwig and the Witch. Their website lists the following as the movie’s main cast, but did not specify their character’s names.

A new promo video for the upcoming second season of Quintessential Quintuplets (Gotoubun no Hanayome) was released yesterday, with the video spotlighting Ichika, the oldest of the five Nakano sisters.
