A new trailer was released this Monday for the upcoming live-action film adaptation of boys-love manga The Cornered Mouse Dreams of Cheese and its sequel manga, The Carp on the Chopping Block Jumps Twice.

A promotional video was released this Saturday for the upcoming anime adaptation of Mountain Pukuichi’s baseball girls anime Tamayomi. Check it out here. Lead character Yomi Takeda will be voiced by newcomer Kaori Maeda, who just debuted last year by voicing small roles in 100% Pascal-sensei.

The redesign appears to have been worth it, as the initially much-maligned Sonic the Hedgehog movie was welcomed warmly by audiences. Entertainment news websites Variety and Deadline reported that the film earned an estimated USD 57 million in its first three days in the US box office, making it highest US opening weekend for a movie adaptation of a video game.

The manga is still keeping people at the edge of their seats and there seems to be no stopping Demon Slayer: Kimtesu no Yaiba from its hype. It was reported the 19th volume of the manga has sold around 1,378,000 copies.

  Website Famitsu released the following video games that topped Japan’s charts last week. The Number 1 spot was taken by Cygames’ Granblue Fantasy: Versus which was released on February 6. On its first week of release, it has sold around 86,248 copies in Japan alone.
