The 52nd issue of Shueisha’s Weeky Shonen Jump has just announced this Monday that dark fantasy manga Jujutsu Kaisen (literally Sorcery Fight) is set to get a television anime adaptation. This early on, a main cast has already been announced.

The official website of the upcoming anime adaptation of fashion manga Smile Down the Runway (Runway de Waratte) has just revealed a new TV commercial, which previews the anime’s opening theme song “Lion”.

2019 is a good year for Koyoharu Gotouge’s Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Besides its anime adaptation being a resounding success, the manga was also recently announced to be a bestseller as well. Manga publisher Shueisha announced this Monday that Gotouge’s epic tale of the Kamado siblings has recently become the company’s second highest-selling manga for 2019.

This Wednesday it was announced via a newly-opened website that Takako Shimura’s Happy-Go-Lucky Days (Donika Naru Hibi) romance omnibus manga will be receiving an anime film adaptation. According to the announcement, the film will open for a limited run in select Japanese theaters next summer.
