Theatrical Anime Episode ‘Goblin Slayer: Goblin’s Crown’ Slated for 2020 Release!

It was revealed during the “Goblin Slayer Special Event: Guild Party 2019” event on Sunday that the Goblin Slayer franchise will it’s a theatrical anime episode slated to premiere in 9 theaters in Japan in 2020. Cast and staff of the Goblin Slayer anime adaptation are confirmed to return for this production. The film episode’s title is Goblin Slayer: Goblin’s Crown.

A teaser video was also uploaded confirming the anime film. The teaser features an English narration.

On the 12th and last episode of the Goblin Slayer anime, a message was flashed in the end that said “Goblin Slayer will return.” The anime adaptation based on the popular novel and manga series of the same aired in Japan on October 6. The anime was also available for streaming on the same days as it aired by Crunchyroll. Funimation streamed the anime as well but in English dub.

The manga adaptation of Goblin Slayer is published officially in English by Yen Press.
