A new season, new anime and that means new songs to add to one’s musical list. Openings, endings, insert songs and even soundtrack, with just a few episodes an anime can already offer this much. But for this list we will be looking at those opening songs that not only has a good tune and interesting visuals but how well it may relate to the series as well.

5. Garo: Vanishing Line

It’s a rare thing to get an opening with an old rock tone to it but this series somehow made it work while implementing an ink art style to it. When listening to it, you can’t help but think of the more older anime with it’s grunge tone and chorus tunes, it had something like a rough noir theme to it that suited the tone of the anime in a way and made it unique to its own. There are only so many anime out there that is able to work this type of music as their theme.

4. Taisshou Chicchai-san

All it took was a few seconds and yet this opening was able to pack so many things into it, beat, tone, and even a brief introduction to the characters, it’s pretty impressive.Being a short timed series, it is to be expected though but at the same time, the song itself gives hint to a high action series with its chorus tone. What’s more the visuals was even able to slip in the hints of comedy to be found in the series as well, overall an interesting and fun opening.

3. Black Clover

For any Naruto fans, you will definitely find tones of the Naruto songs with this opening. From the guitar riffs to the rock tone mixed with it, there is just this image of hope and determination just flying off from the imagery and just the way the main characters are interacting with one another her is very Naruto and Sasuke like. But as a song it makes an interesting rock tune to listen to if you’re trying to imagine an action scene with a determined hero.

2. Blend S

Every season has its cute and funny anime and this is one of them for this season. With an upbeat tone and bright visuals, it isn’t necessarily high moe but it does have a good pop to it and gives a rather good initial intro to what the series as to offer and with the cute vocals to go with it, the song just holds a high quality catchy tone to it. Basically, it’s cute, colorful, and catchy, the three C’s that a female aimed series is meant to have.

1. Net-juu no Susume

It’s a song that embodies the tone of gaming but the isolation that it holds, so it’s to be expected that there is a technical tone to the song with a drama infused visual. But at the same time there is a high tone to it that shows the positive qualities of the show mixed with the drama along with showing the visuals of the game within. Basically,it’s a cocktail of emotions and a video game via song, a high potential shoujo in this writer’s personal opinion
