Sentai Filmworks Licenses Season 2 of Both ClassicaLoid and Hozuki's CoolHeadedness

Sentai Filmworks adds to new works to their list of licensed anime and this time it for their second season. The two anime set to have their second season under this group are the comedy series, “ClassicaLoid” and “Hozuki’s Coolheadedness.”

Both series will be making their debut on October 7 and both have been marked for a select streaming for the fall 2017 simulcast season with later plans of a home video release.

For “ClassicaLoid” though, it will be making its appearance at 5:35 p.m. on  NHK’s E-Tele while “Hozuki’s Coolheadedness” will be showing at 1:00 a.m. (effectively October 8) on Tokyo MX1, Sun TV, and BS11. Followed after this, will be an airing on KBS Kyoto. On October 9, there will be a broadcast on AT-X, and later a streaming on Abema TV and other platforms.

“ClassicaLoid” is a comedy fantasy series released in 2016 with a total of 25 episodes. The story of the series tells of two high school students named Kanae Otowa and Sōsuke Kagura. One day when they arrive at Kanae’s home, they discover strange versions of Beethoven and Mozart.

When demolition men came to tear down the boarding house, summoned giant robots and constructed illusions to drive them away, this is the mystery of ClassicaLoids and Musik.

For the second season of this series, the returning cast include:

Yuuki Kaji as Mozart
Mikako Komatsu as Kanae Otowa
Nobunaga Shimazaki as Sōsuke Kagura
Kousuke Toriumi as Chopin
Mamiko Noto as Liszt
Tomoaki Maeno as Schubert

There will also be two new cast members joining the series. First is Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Richard Wagner then there is Junichi Sawabe as Antonin Dvorak.

“Hozuki’s Coolheadedness” on the other hand is a comedy supernatural series that first began as a manga written and illustrated by Natsumi Eguchi. It was in 2014 that an anime television series was released and ran for 13 episodes.

The story of the series told of Hozuki, a demon Ogre who worked under the King and Head Judge of Hell, King Enma. Hozuki’s role is to manage and troubleshoort the unusual problems which occur in the Japanese hell. This is the tale of his work alongside his companions.
