Preview Videos of Tien Shinhan and Yamcha Revealed for Upcoming ‘Dragon Ball FighterZ’ Game

Two new character videos were released by Bandai Namco Entertainment and Bandai Namco Entertainment America on the upcoming fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ. The videos were released on Monday and feature the fighters Yamcha and Tien Shinhan. You can check out the two preview videos below:

Aside from these two playable characters, the game also feature an original game-only character named Android 21 designed by the creator of the Dragon Ball manga series Akira Toriyama. To give you a little background about the character, he is a scientist that possessing intelligence that rivals Dr. Gero. Chaiotzu will also be in the game as an assist character in one of Tien Shinhan’s moves.

The official playable characters are as follows: Super Saiyan Goku, Super Saiyan Vegeta, Super Saiyan 2 Teen Gohan, Final Form Golden Freeza, Super Saiyan Future Trunks, Piccolo, Krilin, Android 18 (with 17), Android 16, and Perfect Form Cell.

This Dragon Ball three-versus-three fighting game will be released for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and the PC on February 2018. A “CollectorZ Edition” will be released by Bandai Namco Entertainment America and Europe which contains not only a physical copy of the game but also three art boards, a steelbook packaging, and Goku statue. Those who pre-ordered the game in North America and Europe will receive an unlock code for two lobby avatars, and Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Super Saiyan Vegeta.

Although the game’s release is still in February, a closed beta run for the game happened earlier this month.
