The story for the trilogy starts off with transfer student Yuuji Kazami entering into Mihama Academy and discovering that there are only five female students and that the school looks more of a prison than a school. But having asked for a normal life before, what can Yuuji do?
With “Phantom Trigger” a completely new and different story is introduced with five new girls and protagonist. Taking place after the trilogy the story tells of class of students in Mihama Academy which is not only inadvertently turned into a “specialist training school” by an anti-terror organization CIRS, but the students are handed guns and are entered in training to become special operatives no matter how risky the path may be.
