Over the past few years up to this point, millions of viewers hastily looked for new ways to entertain themselves.
The “Senran Kagura” series has a number of new things to come for it as Marvelous releases a variety of announcements ranging from a remake to more games and even a new TV anime season.
Currently the games which are available in Japan will be having a new DLC character in Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash is introduced. Plans are also up for a Playstation VR Support for Diorama Mode and Locker Room character viewing in the game. Spanning until August 8, fans Japan in will have a chance to play as Bashou from “Senran Kagura: New Wave G Burst”, the latest addition to the roster, for a discounted ¥390.
For the new games section of announcements, first off is the remake of “Senran Kagura Burst”, which currently in the works for PS4. Featuring the original turning the side-scrolling gameplay being turned into a 3D action game with improved graphics, the “Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal”, package is set to be released in Japan on February 22, 2018 will also include a remake of Senran Kagura: Skirting Shadows.
As an additional note, fans will have a chance to play as Yumi from “Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus” with one of the limited edition bonuses to be released.
Then there is the new entry for PS4 titled “Senran Kagura 7EVEN: Girls’ Happiness.” Set for fall 2018, the only detail given regarding the entry so far is the tagline “Summer ends, and winter passes. In order to greet each spring.”
Switching to another console, more is revealed on Asuka as the previously revealed Nintendo Switch game “Shinobi Refle: Senran Kagura” is about to be launched in Japan this year with an oepning cutscene video now available.

“Peach Ball: Senran Kagura” is another Switch game to be released for the series but has no confirmed release date as of yet. Having only a logo and a key art piece, the game is described as a “themed pinball game that supports HD rumble.”
In regards to the anime side of things, it was confirmed that a second season for the “Senran Kagura” anime series is currently in production but no details on cast, staff or even a release month is out yet.
More than taking on more in both the PS4 and Switch, the series is also taking on the mobile world with an iOS and Android game titled, “Shinobi Master Senran Kagura: New Link.”
Offering an all-star battle, there will be 20 playable characters at the launch including:

It is noted that Senkou, Fubuki, and Gekko, will be characters that will be making their appearance as part of a mysterious group. More details on other characters will be revealed after the launch but at this time, pre-registration is now live with video revealing the opening animation available.
