Over the past few years up to this point, millions of viewers hastily looked for new ways to entertain themselves.
The new anime series, “Wotaku ni Koi ha Muzukashii”, featuring the love story story of different pop culture fanatics is now officially confirmed following its first teaser relesed in the previous week.
Based off of the romantic comedy webcomic created by Fujita, the new series will be airing on Fuji TV as part of their “noitaminA” programming block.
The story of the series, as stated, tells the love story of different pop culture fanatics, the main couple focused on in this tale is Narumi Momose, an office lady who is secretly a fujoshi and her childhood friend with whom she most recently reunited with, Hirotaka Nifuji, an elite salaryman who is obsessed with video games.
Cast to play these cited characters amongst others are the following people, starting with Arisa Date, the voice behind Yui Yumekawa in “Idol Time Pripara” taking on the role of Narumi. With her as Hirotaka is Kento Itou, who played as Michio Hazama in “The iDOLM@STER.” Voicing the character Hanako Koyanagi is Miyuki Sawashiro, who played as Taki Kamate in the “A-Channel” series.
Tomokazu Sugita, who played as Leon Mashima in the mech/music series “Macross Frontier” will be voicing the character Tarou Kabakura. Finally, voicing the character Naoy a Nifui is Yuuki Kaji, the voice behind the character Mozart of the comedy series “ClassicaLoid.”There are no names mentioned for the staff to work on the production, rather it is companies/studios listed to work on the new series. Taking charge of the production of the upcoming TV anime is Aniplex, Fuji Television and Ichijinsha.
Aniplex is a Japanese anime and music production recognized for its variety of popular work including “Fullmetal Alchemist, Blood: The Last Vampire” and “Black Butler.” Fuji Television on the other hand is a long running television station in Japan recognized for having broadcast highly popular works such as the drama music series “Your Lie in April” and the long running action series “Dragon Ball.”
Lastly, Ichijinsha is a Japanese publishing company which was established in August 1992. It was in March 2005, that Studio DNA and Issaisha merged into the current Ichijinsha company. Years late in October 2016, the publishing company was acquired by Kodansha and became its wholly owned subsidiary
For the animation of the series, that category falls under the production of A-1 Pictures, a Japanese animation studio established by SMEJ’s animation production division, Aniplex, on May 9, 2005. Currently the studio is working on the upcoming series, “The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of the Commandments” and “Blend S.”
