Confirmed for October with details released on its official blog, the webcomic turned anime adaptation, “Urahara” as of Wednesday, has not only a full list of cast and staff with visual, but an official Japanese website opened by the staff.
It was officially announced March that the webcomic would be getting an anime adaptation. Created by Patrick Macias and Mugi Tanaka, the series which inspired the anime adaptation is actually titled, “PARK Harajuku: Crisis Team!”
A feature to note on the webcomic is that the characters within it are actually mascot characters Tanaka for the PARK Harajuku retail store. In May 2015 Crunchyroll began serializing the webcomic, along with character biographies and other bonus materials, on its website.
The story which News and Otaku USA magazine editor-in-chief Macias collaborated to create, tells of an alternate future where creatures from another world have destroyed the great cities of the world and now their next target is Tokyo’s famed Harajuku district. Stepping up to save the day and the district are a trio treasure-seeking shop girls aiming to become members of PARK Harajuku: Crisis Team.
Acting as the director of the film is Amika Kubo, the animator for the title sequence of the Beppin-san television drama. They will be working at Shirogumi Inc. and EMT Squared along with Masatsugu Arakawa, the chief director of the series, recognized for having worked as a director on “Medarot Damashii”
Working on the series composition is Natsuko Takahashi, who worked on the “My Love Story!!” series composition. Mariko Fujita will be working as the animation character designer, who worked as a character designer for “Blessing of the Campanella.” Taking on the role of mechanical designer is Takahiro Yamada, who worked on, “Battle Spirits.”
Designing the logo is NC Empire and lastly, overall the production is a collaboration between Crunchyroll and Chinese video sharing website bilibili.

Sumire Uesaka as Mari Shirako
Manaka Iwami as Kotoko Mentsumugi
In addition to the three, a new character design for a character named Misa Maruno was revealed in the Japanese website, however, there is no cast member announced for this character.
Along with its debut in October,the anime will also be streaming worldwide, including the United States, China, and Japan.
