The story of the special told of a world wherein not only do dragons exist but the mighty beings who are able to turn tides and create wars hold one weakness, their teeth. With enough strong cavities, a dragon could be rendered weak for battle even. This is where the Dragon Dentists step up; and for this story that particular dentist is one young woman named Nonoko.
Upon being assigned to protect the teeth of the guardian dragon of her country, she discovers an enemy soldier being resurrected from within a tooth. Such a phenomenon has only been spoken from legends and even then, it spoke of a great disaster. Thus, a great fate has befallen on Nonoko in a land ravaged by war.
