Lemona Designs' "Lemon & Sugar" Are Appearing at this Year's AnimeExpo

There are many different features to enjoy in this year’s upcoming Anime Expo and a chance to see different franchises and what they have to offer is also something to look forward to. One of these franchises that will be hosted by the Expo is the Lemona Design’s “Lemon & Sugar.”

This is a work that takes a spotlight to Lemony, a little girl and Sugar, her canine companion and best friend. Their goal? To spread the love of lemons throughout the world as “the world’s first Lemon Ambassador."

The Anime Expo will be held the Los Angeles Convention Center from July 1 to 4 but those who wish to attend may also enjoy a preview night included by the convention on June 30.
For those who may not be familiar with the event, the Anime Expo, to put it simply, is an anime convention where different features include, guest appearances, cosplays, competitions and different franchises to explore.

At the Expo, “Lemon & Sugar” will be having activities that will be announced at a later date and it is to be noted that this will be the franchise’s first overseas appearance.

For now, interested parties will be able to enjoy merchandise, illustrations, a four-panel manga, and LINE stickers from the franchise. Don’t have the budget, then simply enjoy the animated music video titled “Lemon & Sugar Song” released on Saturday by Lemona Design.

On the official site, along with “Lemon & Sugar” is noted as one of the personality guests to make their appearance at the expo amongst the many other guests. In terms of other personality guests, there is voice actress and vocalist AmaLee (LeeandLei), highly recognized in the net world for their anime song covers in Youtube.

More than having a chance to meet different special guests, there is also the U.S. Preliminary for the World Cosplay Summit (WCS) being held on July 2. But if that is not what you’re looking for then there is also the screening of the world premiere of the live-action Tokyo Ghoul film on July 3. All in all, there are many things to choose from to participate in at the Expo and details on what to do and what to see can be found on the official site.
