He is being played by Shinichiro Miki, the voice of Ginatarou in the supernatural series “Gingitsune.”
Then there is famous rock singer Ian Izzet / I-Guy; he gained the ability to focus his voice to create concussive blasts. He wears a powered armour which takes advantage of his ability in battle and he is being voiced by Satoshi Mikami, who plays as Kumado Minai in “Mushishi Zoku Shou: Odoro no Michi.”
Mariya Ise, who plays as Killua Zoldyck in the shounen series “HunterxHunter”, is playing as Eleanor Evans. She is described as a young woman with strong skills in computers, information gathering and a great admiration for heroes whom she identifies with. She has the capability to teleport over short distances.
Finally there is the bright and athletic Lisa Livingston being played by the voice actress of Kaname Okiura in “Kenkou Zenrakei Suieibu Umishou”, Satomi Hanamura. This character is described as who dreams of an open sky and while she may be confined to a wheelchair, it does not stop her atheletic personality from shining through as she often competes in wheelchair sprint races.
In fact her wheelchair has become her greatest asset as the phenomenon has rendered her the ability to transform her favorite wheelchair into a giant robot.
The story of the special tells of a world wherein a mysterious phenomenon known as the “The Reflection” has been taking out multiple people all over the world yet at the same time has been causing survivors to for an unknown reason develop superhuman abilities. From this comes the rise of not only heroes but also villains as well.
