Introducing the Shōjo☆Kageki Revue Starlight Project Revealed by Bushiroad

Once again the Bushiroad group has come up with something new and have revealed their newest project, “Shōjo☆Kageki Revue Starlight” including both a musical and a television anime in the works on a newly opened website on Sunday.

The story of the project tells of two young girls named Karen and Hikari making a promise to one another that one day, they will stand on a stage together. As the years pass and the turn have turned 16, Karen continues to hold her promise close to her heart as she enthiusiastically takes on each lesson she takes. Hikari on the other hand has ended up away from Karen due to having transferred schools.

Still fate has other plans and soon the two girls reunite and together they take part in a mysterious audition process to gain acceptance in order to get onto the stage of the famouse revue of song and dance, “Starlight.”

Playing as the main character Karen Aijou as her main role is Momoyo Koyama.

Suzuko Mimori, recognized for roles as Neko Fujinomiya in “Masamune Revenge” and Risa Takabane in “B Gata H Kei – Yamada’s First Time”, will be playing as Karen’s friend Hikari Kagura.

Voicing one of the side characters known as Maya Tendou is Maho Tomita, the actress who voiced “(The) Everyday Tales of a Cat God”.

The voice behind Ria Kazuno in “Love Live! Sunshine!!”, Hinata Satou, will be playing as Junna Hoshimi.

Playing as Mahiru Tsuyuzaki is Haruki Iwata

Acting as the voice behind the character Nana Daiba is Moeka Koizumi.

Aina Aiba, who is known for her roles as Frilled Lizard / Rockhopper Penguin in “Kemono Friends” will be playing as Claudine Saijou.

Playing as the redheaded Futaba Isuruzaki is Teru Ikuta

Last but not least, acting as the voice of Kaoruko Hanayagi is Ayasa Itou, the voice of Arisa Ichigaya in “BanG Dream”
