Atelier Celebrates 20th Anniversary with Special Live Event Set for July 9

Coming on July 9, in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the “Atelier of Mary – Alchemist of Saarburg ~” series, a special live event will be held at the Toyosu PIT located at Koto-ku, Tokyo, Japan. Created by the illustrator of Record of Lodoss War: The Grey Witch, Yoshihiko Ochi, the manga series garnered a total of five volumes and later gained a sequel titled “Marie to Elie Atelier: Salburg no Renkinjutsushi Second Season.”

The story of the series is set in the most prestigious of academies for alchemists, the Zarlburg Royal Magic Academy. The protagonist is a girl named Marie, a student studying to become the world’s best alchemist while also holding the distinction of being the headmaster’s daughter.

For the event, the doors will open at 16;00 and curtains will open at 17:30. Tickets to the event go at 20,000 yen for Premium tickets including brochures and luxury goods, 7,560 for chair seats, and 7,000 for standing seats. There is also the option of purchasing a pre-order Premium ticket which will be made available on April 30 until 23:59.

There however some things to note in regards to the purchase of tickets. As there are a limited amount of seats, those who purchase premium tickets cannot chose where exactly they will be seated. Only two tickets per person will be available for premium ticket buyers and they will only be able to receive their brochures and special items upon their admission.

At the event, one of the main features to look forward to is that there will be appearances made by Ms. Haruka Shimotsuki, Ms. Yamamoto Miko, mao, Asamiko Nanshu and Mariko Mari. Aside from this however, not much else has been confirmed on what exactly will occur at the event other than the when, where and who to be expected.
