Over the past few years up to this point, millions of viewers hastily looked for new ways to entertain themselves.
The sixth season of Natsume Yuujinchou (Natsume’s Book of Friends) television anime will have 11 episodes. Additionally, there will also be two OVA episodes entitled “Itsuka Yuki no Hi ni” and “Nyanko-sensei to Hajimete no Otsukai,” as announced in AnimeJapan 2017 event this week.
It was in December last year when the eleventh episode of the television anime’s fifth season, Natsume Yuujinchou Go, confirmed that the series will have a sixth season, entitled Natsume Yuujinchou Roku .
The sixth season is slated to premiere in April 11.
Natsume Yuujinchou anime series is based on the original manga written and illustrated by Yuki Midorikawa. It tells the story of Natsume Takashi, a young lad who has the ability to see spirits or youkai, which causes other people to shun him.
Natsume one day inherits the Book of Friends from his late grandmother, who, like him, was isolated by other people when she was young due to her ability to see spirits. The book contains the name of spirits his grandmother had forced into servitude and because the item is highly prized item in the spirit world, many spirits haunted Takashi, some seeking vengeance, others seeking for his help.
