It was announced way back that two yuri manga series NTR: Netsuzou Trap and Citrus are green-lit for anime adaptations. Although Citrus has not been releasing any big announcements so far, the Netsuzou Trap anime is slated to premiere in July. This has been confirmed in its official Twitter account.
Created by Naoko Kodama in 2014, Netsuzou Trap is still ongoing with its third volume published on November 18. It is released monthly in Comic Yuri Hime. Citrus is also ongoing with monthly releases under the same magazine.
The chief director will be Hisayoshi Hirasawa under the animation studios Creators in Pack. Character designs will be done by Masaru Kawashima (Penguidrum and Soul Eater) while Yuichi Uchibori (Miss Bernard said) will be writing the anime’s script.
The following names below are the anime’s confirmed cast:
Ai Kakuma as Yuma Okasaki
Hiromi Igarashi as Hotaru Mizushina
Daisuke Ono as Fujiwara
Ryota Ohsaka as Takeda
With only just a couple of months away from its premiere, let’s hope that the anime adaptation of NTR: Netsuzou Trap will be as epic as its original source.
