If you’re heading to Japan this Fall and you’re a diehard Sailor Moon fan, you’re in for some great news! The franchise’s official website announced on Monday that the next musical production of Sailor Moon will open at the AiiA 2.5 Theater Tokyo venue in Japan.
Cast from the previous musical Bishojo Senshi Sailor Moon –Amour Eternal- will be reprising their roles except Karin Takahashi who played Hotaru Tomoe and Sailor Saturn. She will be replaced by Japanese actress Mirai.

The previous Sailor Moon musical ran in October and November in Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo. A DVD of the musical production is slated to be released on March 15.
