Special Collaborative Event to be Held for "Kiniro Mosaic" at Yase-Hieizanguchi Station

On February 18 at the Yase-Hieizanguchi Station located in Sakyō-ku, Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan, there will be a special event to be held in celebration of special “Kinmoza” collaborative event for the trains of “Eiden”. “Eiden” is the alternative name of a small two-track company and has been dubbed as such by the locals of Kyoto in which it solely operates.

Though the company may not be known by most, it has gained a name as a collaborative partner with anime and manga series “Kiniro Mosaic” a.k.a “Kinmoza” and is recognized by hard core anime fans for placing artworks of the series on the trains though small they may be.

For those unaware, “Kiniro Mosaic” is a 4-panel manga written and illustrated by illustrator Yui Hara. Following the creation of this work Yui is also recognized for their work in slice of life manga “Wakaba Girl” and fantasy manga “The Witch of Artemis”.

The story tells of high school student Shinobu Omiya, who five years ago, had a homestay in London with another girl named Alice Cartelet. In the present Shinobu receives a letter from none other than Alice herself telling her that she will be coming to Japan to live with her. Now alongside with their friends Youko Inokuma, Aya Komichi, and Karen Kujou, the five girls shall be learning from each in their days in high school.

The event itself shall be running from 11 AM to 4 PM they’ll be stopping car 722 at the states location. There fans of the show shall be able to see works of the show including a display of multiple art pieces used on the cars in the past, life-sized standees and original, never-before-seen art pieces.
