The upcoming “Tales of Crestoria” smartphone game now has full concept movie being streamed by Bandai Namco Entertainment. In addition, the video has revealed staff and cast details for the game.
The concept movie was created by Yasutaka Nakata and Kamikaze Douga and an English version have already being streamed on the game’s English Twitter account. The noted duo has worked on several precious concept videos for the game and is in charge of the main character visuals.
The post also had the following statement:
Some surprise guests show up in the video after Kanata, Misella, and Vicious’ fight with the enforcers, weaving a new tale in Kanata’s world…You don’t want to miss the end!#TalesOfCrestoria
More than an English translation of the concept movie, the game’s full story is also available to read on the game’s English Twitter account. With the theme of “sin”, the game features a main character burdened with sin lives in order to protect someone precious to him. The game has also been described as having “An RPG Written in Blood and Betrayal” characteristic genre.
With the staff, it has been noted that Tomomi Tagawa would be serving as the game’s producer while Jun Kumagai is in charge of the story outline. Taking on the animation of the game is Wit Studio. As for the character designs, there are a number of designers noted including Kosuke Fujishima, Mutsumi Inomata, Miyuki Kobayashi, and Daigo Okumura.

Ayane Sakura as Yuna Azetta

The game is set to launch in 2019 and will be free to play, though some items will be available for purchase. Currently, there is a pre-registration available in Japan and depending on its number, all players will receive in-game bonuses.
It was back in September that the game was first announced by Bandai Namco Entertainment with two concept teaser videos to go with it. At the time, it was announced that there would be a stage event at the Tokyo Game Show on September 22.
