This is the story of Yuzu, a cheerful fox girl who begins a new life as an attendant at the traditional hot springs inn Konohanatei. While having no work experience in a high-class establishment, she enters into the job with great earnest. Under the guidance of the reliable head attendant Kiri, she is placed to work on the basics.
Though she starts off as rather clumsy, her cheerful nature and unique charm endears her to not only customers but fellow workers as well. Under the guidance of the rigid Satsuki, the carefree Natsume, the critical Ren, and the quiet Sakura—Yuzu steadily learns the trade of an inn attendant while learning to love the magical world surrounding her and the friends she’s made.
