We’re getting all kinds of mixed-media franchises nowadays, and this time its surfing. Last 2018, Love&Art launched a surfing-themed mixed-media franchise WAVE.. and this year, the franchise will be receiving a three-part theatrical anime film.

Good news to fans of The Seven Deadly Sins. The anime’s official website announced this Wednesday that the newest series in the franchise The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon’s Judgement will be premiering on January 2021.

The official Sailor Moon website has officially announced the voice cast for the Amazon Trio in the upcoming two-part film Sailor Moon Eternal. They are: The cast are, from left to right: ·        Shouta Aoi as Fish Eye ·        Satoshi Hino as Tiger’s Eye ·        Toshiyuki Toyonaga as Hawk’s Eye The original cast from the Sailor Moon Crystal anime series returns for the movie.

Missing our favorite otaku gang. Fret not, as publisher Ichijinsha has announced that a new OVA (original video animation) episode will be released for Fujita’s Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku (Otaku ni Koi Wa Muzukashii) manga.

The Nijigasaki Academy School Idol Club appears to be deviating more and more from the traditional Love Live. formula: not only is their art style different from previous generations (see here for reference), it also appears that they’ll be having more members as well.

It’s all shoujo manga and high school-loves feels in the newest trailer for the anime film adaptation of Io Sakisaka’s manga series Omoi, Omoware, Furi, Furare (Love Me, Love Me Not). Adding to the shoujo feels of the trailer is the theme song Gravity by band BUMP OF CHICKEN.

It really seems like the end is indeed near for the long-running and well-loved manga series One Piece, as Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine teased this Monday that the series is now “headed toward the upcoming final arc”.

While they’re not really getting their own movie per se, we will get to see a dedicated anime short for our favorite Platelets. The official website of the Cells at Work film has announced that a special animated short featuring the adorable Platelets will be running alongside the theatrical screenings of the film.

Get ready to be hyped for the upcoming Demon Slayer movie, as a new full trailer for Kimetsu no Yaiba— The Movie: Mugen Train (Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Ressha-hen) has been released this Sunday. Not only does it preview exciting scenes from the movie, it also previews the film’s theme song.

A new visual was recently unveiled for the upcoming newlywed-themed anime series TONIKAWA: Over the Moon For You, the TV anime series adaptation of Kenjiro Hata’s 2018 manga series Fly Me to the Moon (Tonikaku Kawaii or literally, Generally Cute).
