Season 2 of ‘Kakegurui’ to have a Total of 12 Episodes

The second season of the gambling anime series Kakegurui has just aired its first episode last week. According to the series’ Blu-Ray Disc and DVD release information on its official website on Monday, the second season is confirmed to have a total of 12 episode.

The second season began airing last January 8 and it is also available for streaming in Japan via Netflix on January 10. MAPPA is still in charge of animating Kakegurui’s second season.

The anime series is based from the manga of the same name created by Homura Kawamoto and Toru Naomurai. The anime’s first season was aired back in July 2017 for a total of 12 episodes.
