A new trailer for the forthcoming all-new sequel film “Code Geass: Fukkatsu no Lelouch/Code Geass: Lelouch of the Re;surrection” is released and reveals a February 9, 2019, and more.
According to the official Twitter of the film, the trailer was released to coincide with the premiere of first TV anime “Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion” from 12 years ago. In the trailer, it features the introduction of three new characters and the cast that will play them.
There is Shario, to be played by Ayumu Murase, a voice actor known for having played the role of Shōyō Hinata in “Haikyuu!” Then there is Nobunaga Shimazaki, the voice behind Tsukasa Fujii in the film “your name.” And lastly, voicing the role of Bituru is Wataru Takagi, who is known for his recurring role as Genta Kojima in the “Case Closed” franchise.
Prior to this the three main characters from the original series were already confirmed and are as follows

Kaori Nazuka as Nunnally Lamperouge
The film is confirmed to be released in 120 theaters across Japan, and its “MoviTicket” edition advance tickets will be available at the theaters from October 6. A special feature of said tickets is a mini story booklet including a short novel by the anime’s series composition writer Ichiro Oukouchi. Its story takes place just before Zero Requiem and takes focus on Lelouch and the others.

The last film to be launched for the “Code Geass” franchise was the third film of the compilation recap trilogy, “Code Geass – Hangyaku no Lelouch – Ōdō” and it was in May.
