English Dub for New ‘Captain Tsubasa’ Anime to Premiere on Primo TV on August 5

More soccer action is coming your way as Primo TV announced in their official Twitter account on Monday that it will be premiering the new Captain Tsubasa anime in English Dub. TV Guide has listed the first episode to premiere on August 4 while the second episode will be airing on August 5.

Primo TV is a U.S. TV network with its target audience aimed at Hispanic children. The network is only available on selected regions.

Captain Tsubasa is based from the popular manga series of the same name which originalyl ran in Japan from 1981-1988. The number of anime series and movies were produced under the franchise. The new anime will be covering the “Middle School” arc beginning in October.
