JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind Anime Confirms its Main Cast

Only a week has passed since the initial reveal of the new Jojo series, “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind” and now main cast details have been revealed.

Starting from left to right, the cast includes Junya Enoki, the voice of Takeru Takaishi in the “Digimon Adventure tri’ films playing as Pannacotta Fugo. And Kousuke Toriumi, who played as Kiba in the “Naruto” series voicing as Guido Mista. Then there is Giorno Giovanna to be voiced by Kensho Ono, a voice actor known for having played the role of Tetsuya Kuroko in “Kuroko’s Basketball.”

Also included in the cast is the voice of Gray Fullbuster from “Fairy Tail”, Yuichi Nakamura taking on the role of Bruno Bucciarati. Playing the role of Narancia Ghirga is Daiki Yamashita, who is currently voicing as Izuku Midoriya in the “My Hero Academia” series. Last but not least, playing the role of Leone Abbacchio is Junichi Suwabe, the voice behind Victor Nikiforov in “Yuri!!! On Ice.”

The anime will be making its debut in October but will be having its first episode screened on July 5 in Japan then on July 7 the episode will be shown at Anime Expo. The series will be featuring the fifth story arc of the manga known as “Vento Aureo.”

The “Jojo’s Bizarre Adventures” anime first launched in 2012. Prior to this, the series had a six-volume original video animation which featured the latter half of the series’ third story arc and was produced by studio A.P.P.P. WIth the first anime series it covered the first two story arcs of the manga in 26 episodes.

The main story of the series tells of a family that is said to have various members discover they are destined to take down supernatural foes using unique powers that they possess. They are called the Joestar family and throughout the series, different members’ stories are told and each one inevitably has a name that can be abbreviated to the titular “JoJo”.
