‘Moshi Moshi, Terumi Desu’ Anime Adaptation to Premiere on June 8 in Anime Beans App

I was announced in the 27th issue of Big Comic Spirits magazine on Monday the anime adaptation of Moshi Moshi, Terumi desu will premiere on June 8 in Production I.G.’s new branded app Anime Beans. It based from the manga of the same name created by Etsuko Mizusawa. Its first chapter was released in in 2016 and its first compiled volume was released last October.

Both Kotaro Nishiyama and Maaya Uchida will be playing the roles of Rintaro and Terumi respectively.

It was announced last February that the full color manga series Moshi Moshi, Terumi Desu will be ending as that the last chapter will be published in this year’s 10th issue of Big Comics Magazine. Aside from its end, the magazine issue also confirmed that the manga series is green-lit for an anime adaptation.

Moshi Moshi, Terumi Desu is about Terumi who works in a telephone company with an anti-internet policy. The series also centers on Rintaro, a school boy who is in love with Terumi.

Mizusawa also created art for Hana no Zubora-Meshi manga created by Masayuki Kusumi which had a drama with anime segments adaptation in 2012.
