‘Persona 5 the Animation' English-Subtitled Promo Video Released!

Get ready Persona fans!

An English-subtitled version of Altus’ Persona 5 anime adaptation was released by Aniplex of America on Wednesday. The first episode is set premiere in April in Japan. Check out the trailer video below!

Persona 5 the Animation will be produced by A-1 Pictures and will be directed by Masashi Ishihama. Based on the popular Japanese RPG game of the same name, the anime will cast the following voice actors:

Jun Fukuyama as the protagonist Ren Amamiya
Mamoru Miyano as Ryuji Sakamoto
Ikue Ōtani as Morgana
Nana Mizuki as Anne Takamaki
Tomokazu Sugita as Yusuke Kitagawa
Rina Satou as Makoto Niijima
Aoi Yūki as Futaba Sakura
Haruka Tomatsu as Haru Okumura
Sōichiro Hoshi as Goro Akechi

The television anime special Persona 5 The Animation – The Day Breakers was aired on September 3, 2016 which recounts the game’s prologue story of the young thief organization. Anime streaming website Crunchyroll was able to stream the television special. An import Blu-ray Disc of the Collector’s Edition was released by Aniplex of America on February 14.
