The official visual is revealed for the 22nd film of Detective Conan titled Metantei Conan Zero no Shikkonin (Detective Conan: Zero’s Executioner). It was officially released on the franchise’s official website on Wednesday. The film is slated to be released in Japanese theaters on April 13.
The tagline on the visual says: “The one who exposes the trust vs. the one who pierces through justice. Their souls will confront each other in this secret mission mystery.”
Metantei Conan Zero no Shikkonin will be directed by Yuzuru Tachikawa and it will be a sequel to the franchise’s 20th film Detective Conan: The Darkest Nightmare where the story is centered on Toku “Zero” Amuro. Hyoe Kuroda will be making his first appearance in the upcoming film as he is rumored to be Rum in the Black Organization.
The Detective Conan series centers the many detective adventures of Shinichi Kudo alias Conan Edogawa whose body got shrunk after being taken a drug by criminals.
