First Day of Comic Market 93 Draws Over 180,000 Attendees!

For anime fans looking for more merchandise and doujin works, Comic Market or Comiket is one of the most high anticipated conventions in Japan. Usually held at Tokyo Big Sight, visitors from around the world attend this three-day event to get good deals and exclusive finds on their favorite series and/or franchises.

In Comic Market 93, its first day immediately draw in over 180,000 attendees which is bigger than last year’s Comiket 91 where it reach over 170,000 attendees. Comiket 84 still holds the record for the most number of attendees which is around 210,000.

If you wish to experience Comiket, make sure you have enough energy to conquer the long queue of lines and get good items until they are gone.
