Top 5 Anime To Look Forward to Next Season

The fall season of anime is ending and so is many good series. But for every end there is a new beginning, and in this case, that is the winter season. With the winter 2018 season of anime on the rise that means new seasons for some amazing series like “Nanatsu no Taizai” and Overlord”, but more than this, it means all kinds of new anime will be released as well. The season is packed with all kinds of anime to choose and it’s not always easy to choose which to check out. Here are some suggestions on what anime has some great appeal so far.

5. Takunomi

Here is something for those who into the slice of life genre. Starring in this story is Michiru Amatsuki, a 20-year-old woman who had moved to Tokyo due to a change in career. When she makes the decision to live at the “Stella House Haruno”, a woman-only share house, she finds herself meeting different people of different age and occupations. Over time she finds herself enjoying her time at the share house as delicious alcohol and meals are shared.

4. Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens

For those who are looking for a little action, they may want to check out this upcoming series. In this story there is a city where crime exists in the underworld from a seemingly peaceful surface and it is named Fukuoka. In the underworld, there are various individuals with special talent that consists of professional killers, detectives, informants, and professional revenge seekers who reside in the Hakata ward of the city. Amongst the many talented workers however, there lies an urban legend, an individual known as “killer of professional killers”, and he has shown up in the city.

3. Sanrio Danshi

Who says that boys can’t like cute things? This series will certainly not. Here we have Kouta Hasegawa, a high school boy that loves the yellow Pom Pom Purin dog, a fact he keeps to himself. But upon meeting Yuu Mizuno, a boy who likes the bunny My Melody, he finds himself, with the help of his new friends, becoming les ashamed of his likes. Together with Shunsuke Yoshino, Ryou Nishimiya, and Seiichirou Minamoto, other boys who also like the Sanrio characters, they learn to accept their love of the characters instead of feeling embarrassed.

2. Gakuen Babysitters

Here’s a combination of cuteness and slice of life to warm the heart in the upcoming season. This story tells of Ryuuichi and his younger brother Kotarou two young males who had lost their parents in a plane crash. When Ryuichi enters into high school, he and his brother are taken in by the school chairwoman. This act of generosity is not without a catch however as the chairwoman offers to be the legal guardian of the two until they are adults in exchange that Ryuichi works for the school day care.

1. Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card-hen

It’s been years since anything has been heard from the classic magical girl shoujo and now a sequel series is about to be released. Sakura and her friends are now entering into junior high along with Syaoran who has returned from Hong Kong. But not all is peaceful as Sakura, after dreaming about a mysterious cloaked figure, finds all of Sakura’s cards turn blank and are rendered powerless. This leads her on a quest to find the truth behind this mystery, and in this quest, she and her allies discover and capture new transparent cards using a new key.
