New Playable Characters are Added in ‘Attack on Titan 2’

It was announced on the official website of KOEI Tecmo Games on Thursday that new playable characters are now added into the roster of the upcoming Attack on Titan 2 game! Now you will be able to play as Mitabi, Rico, Ian, Hannes, Erwin and Hange!

The game is slated to be released on March 2018 in Japan, Europe, and North America regions in the following platforms: PC (via Steam), Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4.

The company recently uploaded an action trailer last week. You can check out the video below:

KOEI Tecmo Games announced previously that players can choose to play as Mikasa, Eren, Levi, Armin, Gelgar, Ymir, Miche, Christa, Eld, Oluo, Petra, Moblit, and Gunther. You can also have the option to create your own Custom Scout.

The game’s story will be centered on the anime’s second season featuring improved omni-directional mobility gear, advanced role-playing game elements, and enhanced Titan moments. A Town Life segment is also an added feature into the game where you can strengthen your relationships with the other characters to unlock their stories. A new Monocular feature is also added to allow you to view positions from a distance.

Attack on Titan 2 is developed by Omega Force and KOEI Tecmo Games. The game is directed by Hideo Suzuki and produced by Hisashi Koinuma.

Players will once again don the renowned Omni-Directional Maneuver Gear as they fight and repel the fearsome Titans that threaten humanity, to restore peace within the walls."
