Watch ‘Pokemon the Movie: I Choose You’ on Disney XD on November 25!

Missed the movie screenings? No problem. It was announced by The Pokemon Company that the latest Pokemon film titled Pokemon the Movie: I Choose You! (Gekijoban Pocket Monster: Kimi ni Kimeta!) will air on Disney XD in the US on November 25 at 10am and 6pm local time.

This is part of an all-day Pokemon anime marathon which includes all the previous episodes of Pokemon Sun & Moon as well as two new episodes.

Both The Pokemon Company International and Fathom Events collaborated to hold movie screenings in the United States, United Kingdom, and other countries outside of Asia on November 5 and 6. Fathom Events had to add additional screenings on November 11 and November 14 due to instant sold-out tickets and high demand.

The film’s world premiere happened at the Japan Expo 2017 on July 6. It officially premiered in Japan on July 15 and ranked #1 in the box office earning 516 million yen in its first two days of screening.

Pokemon the Movie: I Choose You Synopsis (by The Pokemon Company)

Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You! is an origin story highlighting Ash and Pikachu’s first meeting and their adventures as they search for the Legendary Pokémon Ho-Oh. The iconic pair encounter familiar faces along the way, new characters including Trainers Verity and Sorrel, and even a mysterious new Mythical Pokémon, Marshadow. Challenges and epic Pokémon battles abound in this unique new story about the beginning of one of the most beloved friendships in popular culture.
