A New Teaser and Official Teaser is Released for Gakuen Babysitter's Anime

As another series set to be released in the following year, “Gakuen Babysitter” has now revealed a new visual and an official promotional video. Along with the release of additional cast and staff for the production.

“Gakuen Babysitter” is a slice-of-life manga series created by Hari Tokeino and has been serialized in Hakusensha’s shōjo manga magazine LaLa since 2009. The series is still currently and has around 15 volumes at the moment. With the anime series, it will be under the production of Brain Base and will be having Shuusei Morishita as the director of the work.

The story of the series tells of orphans Ryūichi and Kotarō Kashima who end up under the wing of Ryuuchi’s high school head. The condition of staying with her however is for Ryuuchi to work at the daycare center of the school as the first member of the babysitter’s club and thus begins the day care adventures of two brothers.

Acting as the series composer is Yuuko Kakihara, known to have previously worked on on the drama series, “Orange.” Mina Ousawa, who previously worked as a ky animator and animation director for works such as “You and Me” and the second season of “Squid Girl”, will be for the first time working as a main character designer.

Previously there was no composer confirmed for the series but a sound director was and his name is, Satoshi Motoyama. This time the composer for the series is confirmed and his name is Ruka Kawada; he previously worked on other slice-of-life comedies such as “Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka?” and “Hello! Kiniiro Mosaic.”

As for the cast of the 2018 series, a previous report had confirmed a set cast including:

Kōtarō Nishiyama as Ryūichi Kashima
Nozomi Furuki as Kotarō Kashima
Yuichiro Umehara as Hayato Kamitani
Yuko Sanpei as Taka Kamitani

The latest revealed cast comprise of Tomoaki Maeno, who is currently playing as Dino in the shoujo comedy series “Blend S”, as Yoshihito Usaida. Recognized for his role as Erwin in popular shounen series, “Attack on Titan”, Daisuke Ono will be playing as Keigo Saikawa. Tomoko Miyadera, the voice actress behind Suzume in Naruto, will be playing as Youko Morinomiya,

Playing the role of Takuma Mamizuka is Ayaka Saito, who previously played a role in “Fruits Basket” as Momiji Soma. The character’s twin brother Kazuma Mamizuka on the other hand will be played by Atsumi Tanzeki, a voice actress currently playing a role in “The Ancient Magus Bride” as protagonist Chise Hatori. Taking on the role of Kirin Kumatsuka is Konomi Kohara, who played as Akane Mizuno in “Tsukigakirei.” Lastly is Kaedo Hono as Midori Sawatari, as she currently plays the role of Minoa Asagaya in “Anime-Gataris.”
