Posted in: Anime News

The San Diego Comic-Con is considered by many as one of the most popular and highly anticipated conventions in the US. Aside from the massive announcements and panels from all the big names in the industry, you will be in awe with the massive number of cosplayers attending in the weekend-long event as well.

One of the people who joined in is none other than Ezra Miller, who cosplayed as Edward Elric from the popular manga and anime series Fullmetal Alchemist! Miller will play the role of The Flash in the upcoming Justice League movie. He wore Ed’s full suit including a blonde wig to complete his look during that epic weekend.

The Justice League movie will be officially premiering on November 17 starring Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Ray Fisher (Cyborg), Ezra Miller (The Flash), Jason Momoa (Aquaman), and Ben Affleck (Batman).

The highly anticipated live-action adaptation of Hiromu Arakawa’s Fullmetal Alchemist manga will premiere in Japan on December 1. The film will be directed by Fumihiko Sori and promises to fans that the movie will be closely accurate to its original source. To quote Sori, “I want to create a style that follows the original manga as much as possible. The cast is entirely Japanese, but the cultural background is Europe. However, it’s a style that doesn’t represent a specific race or country." Ryosuke Yamada will play the role of Edward Elric, Dean Fujioka as Roy Mustang, and Tsubasa Honda as Winry Rockbell.
