Restaurant to Another World Casts Junichi Suwabe with 4 Others and Reveals PV

Isekai Shokudō” a.k.a. “Restaurant to Another World” introduces new cast and reveals a PV with their official website on Saturday.

The series, which will be making its debut at 1:35 a.m. on July 3 on TV Tokyo followed by a broadcast on AT-X and BS Japan, is a creation of Junpei Inuzuka and is based on his light novel series. The staff whom are working on this series is comprised of the following people:

Along with the reveal of new cast there was also a reveal of character designs for the previously revealed characters and such, the following are both old and new cast revealed with their character designs:

Jinichi Suwabe, who plays the role of Akira Hayama, the spice specialist of the competitive cooking series “Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma”, is taking the role of the yet to be named restaurant shopkeeper.

Playing as one of the magical beings who works at the restaurant once a week, Aletta is Sumire Uesaka, the voice of Colette in the comedy series, “This Art Club Has a Problem!”

Saori Ounishi, who voiced the character Vignette April Tsukinose of the series featuring an angel on earth, “Gabriel Dropout!”, is voicing the waitress of the restaurant, Kuro.

Taking on the role of a treasure hunter named Sarah is Kiyono Yasuno, the voice actress for the main character of “Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata”, Megumi Katou.

Voicing the Red Queen, a legendary Demon Dragon is Shizuka Itou, the voice behind Hinagiku Katsura in “Hayate the Combat Butler.”

The great and famous master swordsman Tatsugorou is being played by the voice behind Ryuu Naitou in “Alice to Zouroku”, Houchu Ohtsuka.

Motomu Kiyokawa, the voice behind Hirate Masahide in “Nobunaga Concerto” plays the role of the oldest customer in the restaurant and a legendary magician named Altorius.

Finally there is Heinrich Seelemann, a commander of a remote fortress and a knight for a certain dukedom is being voiced by Tomokazu Sugita, who played as Aureolus Izzardin “A Certain Magical Index”

The promotional video which is currently streaming on the official website, features a preview of the opening theme titled “One in a Billion” and performed by Wake Up, Mayn! and the ending theme of the series titled “Chiisana Hitotsubu” (A Small Grain) which is performed by Kiyono Yasuno.

The tale of this series is focused on a small western restaurant located in the corner of a shopping district near to an office area. The name of the place is “Yōshoku no Nekoya” (Western Cuisine Cat Restaurant), and more than having delicious Western food that draw in regular office worker customers, there is a special feature to this little restaurant.

During the weekends the place is as regular as can be; however, when the weekend arrives and a bell is rung, the door of the restaurant becomes a gateway into completely different world. Thus, when Saturday arrives, the restaurant opens its door to variety beings, all different in race and origin.
