Voice Actress Akane Fujita becomes a Station Master for Machi Asobi

Voice actors, most often than not, fans will relate them to their famous roles or their favorite anime. But there are times when a voice actor is wiling to step out of their jobs and try something new, or otherwise they accept a role given to the that is outside the field of voice acting. Case in point, Akane Fujita takes the role as a Station Master as a kick of for Mochi Asobi in Tokushima.

Machi Asobi is an event that is held in Tokushima, it is a city-wide convention organized by ufotable head Hikaru Kondo. The “Machi Asobi Vol. 18” has started today and will run until Sunday. Featured at this event are studio booths, a river cruise with anime art exhibitions, itasha unveilings, voice actor performances, and lots more.

Akane Fujita, who doned the uniform of station master, worked behind the microphone and met with fans, is known to play a variety of roles. Her most recent of roles that are well known by fans are as Leviathan in “Sin: Nanatsu no Taizai” and Izumi Sagiri in “Ero-manga Sensei.”
