The upcoming series known as “Centaur no Nayami” a.k.a “A Centaur’s Life”, featuring the daily woes of supernatural creatures, mainly a female centaur, has now released a list of the main cast.
Created by Kei Murayama, the series was first published on February 11 in Tokuma Shoten’s Monthly Comic Ryū magazine. The story tells of a world where various mythological creatures such as demons, mermaids and centaurs all living together. The main focus of this series is on the daily life and activities of a centaur girl named Himeno Kimihara.
Playing as protagonist Himeno, is Seria Fukagawa, recognized for having played as Rose in “Concrete Revolutio: The Last Song” she commented her enthusiasm for the role and hope to play the centaur character as charmingly as possible.
Kuwahara Yuki, who has expressed their interest in the unique world of the series and having played as Idaho in “Naria Girls”, is playing as the dragon humanoid Nozomi Gokuraku.
Kyouko Naraku, a goat like humanoid, will be played by Haruka Shiraishi, the voice behind Sora Matsuzaki in the film “From up the Poppy Hill”, she stated that the character that she would be playing acted as the calm medium between Hime and Kuwahara.
Voicing the half angel half-cat person that is Manami Mitama, is Yuna Kumakara. Manami is described as the older sister figure of the cast and is the class president.
Last but not least is the serpentine character Quetzalcoatl Sassassul, being played by Yuu Ayase
For the staff, it was reported at the “Stand-Up! LIVE ~ 2017 spring ~” held on May 1 that the voice acting unit “Purely Monster” would be performing the opening theme of the series. Performing the ending theme of the series is artist Sakisaka.
On other news, there will be a live talk event on May 6 and will be held at the Binbun Bashi Nishikoen Stage of “Machi ★ Asobi” Vol. 18 held on Tokushima
