Coming next week on April 26, see the adventures of a trio of chibi brothers and their toy store as SunRise Co. introduces a new original short-form web anime entitled Nui Nui Hinobori San Kyoudai a.k.a "The Three Plushy Plushy Hinobori Brothers.”
As stated, the story follows the lives of the Hinabori brothers as they try to manage their toy store
known as nui◆nui. Located in downtown Tokyo the store is known to specialize on the adorable products that are stuffed toys. The problem, however, is that the store is also located on a street filled with hardware stores, a highly unlikley place for something like a stuffed toy store to prosper.
A saving grace for the brothers however, is that, with their parents away for business, the brothers try their best to learn how to support themselves. Because of this earnest attitude, the three boys have become beloved by the townsfolk.
Comprised of the eldest, Kaede Hinobori, played by Takuya Eguchi, the voice of Shinji Koganei in “Kuroko no Basket”, the middle child, Aoi Hinobori, who is played by the voice behind Atsushi Kinugawa in “Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE!”, and the youngest, Akane Hinobori, voiced by the actor Yuuki Yonai, who also plays as Mallow Kitahara in the latest food anime Piace: Watashi no Italian; each brother holds a certain role in the creation of the stuffed bears.
Kaede takes charge of the sewing and the general management of the store. Atsushi holds the role in the selection of patterns and fabrics for the toys. As for the youngest Akane, he takes the role of being in charge of the advertising of the store and acing as a human-sign board for possible customers.
For the staff of the upcoming series, not much is mentioned. Acting as director is Parako Shinohara, the director of the series “Hakuouki: Otogisoushi” and “Pankis! 2-jigen.” He will be working under the animation production of DLE Inc.
