‘Hatena Illusion’ LN gets anime adaptation

Late Tomohiro Matsu’s light novel series, entitled Hatena Illusion, will get an anime adaptation – streaming service bilibili revealed during the AnimeJapan 2017 over the weekend.

In this story, Makoto Shiranui goes to Tokyo to become an apprentice of a friend of his parents, the famous, world-reknown magician Mamoru Hoshisato. Of course adventure ensues.

Hatena Illusion series was first published in November 2014, with illustrations by Kentaro Yabuki. Matsu, who passed away in May 2016, last wrote the fourth volume of the series.
