Moviegoers in Japan who went to see the Sword Art Online the Movie: Ordinal Scale anime film were given a film strip of one the film’s scenes. Due to how rare these film strips were, some put them on auction and bids immediately reached to the thousands.
One film strip that features Asuna and Yuki reached more than a hundred bids in just 24 hours. The item was an ultimate must have that it was sold for 151,000 yen (around US$1,342).
