English Dub of ‘Sword Art Online’ Movie to Premiere in the U.S. on April 22!

Get ready Sword Art Online fans! The anime film Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale is set to premiere in the US in English dub on April 22. Aniplex of America opened ticket sales on Tuesday for the screenings. If you’re heading to the Anime Boston convention from March 31 to April 2, then you will be able to see the movie earlier!

A premiere event of the movie happened on March 1 in Hollywood, California which followed a one-night US wide release on March 9. The film was also screened in Canada from March 17 to 19.
Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale officially premiered in Japan on February 18 which sold around 308,376 tickets in its opening weekend alone. The movie was also premiered in other neighboring countries like the Philippines and China. This is one movie that a SAO fan must never miss!
