Art Expo to Feature Props of ‘Ghost in the Shell’ Live-Action Film

So Dreamworks and Paramount’s live-action film adaptation of Masamune Shirow’s Ghost in the Shell will premiere this month in the West (and next month in Japan). With the trailer, visuals, and other promotions popping up, this is one of the most anticipated movies to watch this year.

Before the official premiere of the movie, Japan is planning of a Ghost in the Shell World Art Expo 2017 event where artwork and the live-action movie props will be put on display at the Seibu Gallery in Seibu Ikebukuro department store starting on April 3. The gallery is expected to have an estimate of 400 images on display. On April 8, an exclusive talk show segment with Ghost in the Shell director Mamoru Oshii will happen in the said venue.
