DC Characters Gain Manga Serialization

Superheroes, a popular notion that appeals to audiences everywhere; from their unique costumes to their generally awesome powers, superheroes have been a long running idea that has yet to lose its popularity. One of the most popular superheroes that are still admired today are admired till this day are the heroes from the DC universe. Batman, Superman, Wonderwoman, names that are still known by audiences new and old as the heroes now have gained their own manga serialization.

Revealed on Thursday by the DC Entertainment’s (DCE) president Diane Nelson and publisher Jim Lee at a media and business presentation held in Japan, the manga shall be published this summer in Akita Shoten’s Champion RED magazine. Working on the illustration on the manga is Shiori Teshirogi, recognized for their work in manga series “Kieli” and “Saint Seiya: The Lost Garden – Meiō Shinwa.”

Currently there are no other details that have been released on the upcoming manga. Let’s hope that this project is a fruitful for all the entities involved. More information is expected to be revealed very soon.
