"Haikyuu!" Easter Event at J-World on March 11 to May 7

Spring is in, March has come, and that means Easter is nearing; bringing along with it is various franchises taking the chance to celebrate the rabbit, chocolate, and egg-filled holiday with promos, products and even events, this especially includes the subculture communities of anime and manga. One of the franchises to join in taking in the spring holiday’s theme if bright colours and painted eggs is the popular volleyball anime, “Haikyuu!!”

From March 11 to May 7, Namco’s J-World indoor theme park shall be holding an event revolving around the sports anime and is known as "Haikyu!! Karasuno Easter in J-World.” Those whom attend the event have the chance to purchase exclusive merchandise of the anime featuring special egg-motif illustrations. Along with this, fans will also be able to enjoy other different features that the event has to offer.

For those who would like to earn something during their time at the event, there are new mini-game prizes to win as well as an egg-hunt rally game. On the other hand, if someone wants to take a break from the games and enjoy a treat, there is a limited food and dessert menu featuring illustrations of characters such as the energetic Hinata, the charming Sugawara and other members of the Karasuno volleyball team.

In additional news, it has been reported, that prior to this Easter theme event of the anime, there is another “Haikyuu!!” event is to be held at J-World from March 1 to March 5 and it features the hot-tempered striker, Ryūnosuke Tanaka. At the event, fans will be able to enjoy merchandise and products similar to what is being offered for the Easter themed event. With limited edition Tanaka prizes for a mini attraction, a Tanaka scream mini game, as well as a special food menu with pictures of the character.
