Theme Song and Video Preview for Smartphone Game 'Madoka Magica Magia Record' Released!

The first promotion video for the upcoming smartphone game Magia Record: Mahō Shōjo Madoka Magica Gaiden (Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story) has been released on its official website on Friday. In this promotion video, a you will also get to hear the preview of the game's theme song "Kakawari" (Connection) performed by TrySail. Information about the game as well the key visuals were already released in December. You can check out the promotion video below:

To give you a little background, the game is set in the city of Kamihama which you are guided by a strange power and different magical girl gather and battle using a new power from the witches. The character Iroha Tamaki arrives and joins the other magical girls in search for her sister Ui. Homura then arrives at the town saying: "If I can understand the mystery of this town, maybe I can save Kaname."

The game is slated to be released in Spring 2017 as free to play with some app charges apply on specific game contents.
