Posted in: Anime News

Twitter, when it comes to the anime community has been used various times in promoting new works, updating fans on their favoured shows and even act as a venue to communicate with the artist of either manga works or anime. But for the group of “Gekkan Shōjo Nozaki-kun” a.k.a Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun, they decided to take a new approach.

For this month of February, the romantic comedy’s tsundere character Mikoto Mikoshiba a.k.a “Mikorin” gains his own twitter account. In his twitter he chronicles the lives of his friends and posts art pieces done by Nozaki, all the while giving help in promoting Gangan Online Valentine’s Day campaign, which also happens to be his birthday.

So far his known posts are comprised of portraits of both himself and his friends, a cat photo and other images of their shenanigans. As for the Valentine’s promotion, it has been reported that should fans be following Mikorin and Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun home digital manga platform Gangan Online on Twitter they have the chance to win a prize featuring the shy flashy but shy character.
