Only in Japan - 'Sushi Kit Kat'

Posted in: Anime News

Ahh, Kit Kat! The delicious and irresistible chocolate candy bar that you can never say no to. Due to its continuous hype over the years, Nestle has expanded it from different flavors to wine— and even in a form of sushi!

Yes, sushi. Don’t worry, it’s not fish flavored! Instead of having rice, puff rice is given as a substitute and molded into a shape similar to the regular sushi. You can have your Kit Kat Sushi in white chocolate, Hokkaido melon, topped in raspberry, mascarpone cheese, and pumpkin pudding flavor!

The creative snacks are one of the promotions for the opening of Japan’s first Kit Kat store located in Tokyo’s Ginza district which is officially opening to the public on Thursday. Under the leadership of patissier chef Takagi Yasumasa, the lucky 500 customers will receive three bars of sushi Kit Kat Sushi if they spend more than 3,000 yen in the store from February 2 to 14.
