'Blend S' Manga Greenlit for an Anime Adaptation

Posted in: Anime News

It was been announced on Wednesday in the February issue of Manga Time Kirara Carat Magazine that Miyuki Nakayama’s Blend S 4-koma manga is now greenlit for an anime adaptation. The mentioned monthly issue of the magazine features the characters with each of their designated attributes for the cafe. The manga was first published in 2013 and became a regular manga series in 2014.

The story of the manga is centered on a girl named Maika who gets hired in a cafe where each of the waitresses are given special attributes like “little sister” or “tsundere” while serving customers. The cafe manager orders Maika to be an extreme sadist waitress (“Do S”) which means she needs to adopt an agressive and dominant persona while at work.
